Why should I use Isola Bella Extended Stay?
Setting up a short-term apartment on your own can be time consuming, expensive and complicated. At Isola Bella, your furniture, furnishings and utility services are already taken care of, so you don’t have to pay set-up fees or meet with installers. Like a hotel, when you arrive at Isola Bella all you have to do is unpack.
How does Isola Bella differ from an Extended Stay hotel?
An Isola Bella apartment provides bedrooms with doors for privacy, as well as multiple baths in selected two-bedroom suites. Unlike a hotel, Isola Bella is a gated community located in a residential neighborhood. We also offer the following conveniences:
- Twice the size of a traditional hotel room for half the price
- A variety of amenities, including a 30,000 square foot fitness center

How long can I stay with Isola Bella?
Our minimum stay is only 7 days, but there is no maximum length of stay. Our guests have stayed with us from 7 days to several months.
Where is Isola Bella located?
Our apartments are located on NW 63rd between MacArthur and Rockwell in Oklahoma City’s desirable Northwest sector. We are near major employment centers, retail thoroughfares, top rated schools and 36 holes of golf.
How much can I expect to pay for an Isola Bella apartment?
Our daily rates are less than most hotel rooms and usually less than most conventional extended stay hotels. Our rates include all utilities and furnishings. There are no hidden costs, extra deposits or application fees.
What is included in a daily rate?
The Isola Bella daily rate is all-inclusive. It includes all apartment expenses, furnishings, housewares, linens, washer/dryer, 72 channels of cable TV in living room and bedroom (s), Wi-Fi, electricity, water, weekly housekeeping and trash service. Guests are responsible for their own toiletries and groceries. Complimentary hot breakfast and supper, Monday through Friday, are provided for extended stay guests in the Isola Bella Pavilion.

Can I bring my pets with me?
Pets are permitted. There is a one-time pet fee. Please call for details.

Housekeeping service is provided weekly and includes all linens.
What other services will I receive staying at Isola Bella?
Our services are comprehensive, from weekly housekeeping to complete concierge services. Our Guest Services desk can supply or arrange almost anything you might need during your stay, so please let us know how we can assist you.
Do I need transportation during my Isola Bella stay?
Isola Bella provides courtesy cars to extended stay guests for local errands. Driver’s license and proof of insurance are required. Isola Bella also has attractive rates from Hertz for daily and weekly rentals.
How do I pay for my Isola Bella Extended Stay?
Isola Bella accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. With an approved credit application, we will direct bill your company.
